the dialog panel doesn't show on the paid download but does when i run it through the site like you did in the video. i have run it with itch app and from downloaded html file and no dialog panel pops up.
the dialog modal opens in this place as default (pic) check if your window is showing only the height of the map or if the panel opens behind another
